Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

• Proven experience in live commerce, e-commerce, or a similar role.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and live streaming tools.
• Ability to engage and entertain an online audience.
• Creative and innovative mindset with the ability to think on your feet.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities & Context

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement live commerce strategies to increase online sales and brand visibility.
• Plan and host live streaming sessions showcasing products, answering customer questions, and engaging with the audience in real-time.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to select products, plan content, and ensure a seamless live shopping experience.
• Create compelling and informative content for live sessions, including product demonstrations, tutorials, and promotional offers.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of live sessions, providing regular reports and insights to optimize future campaigns.
• Engage with viewers during live sessions, responding to comments and questions promptly and professionally.
• Utilize live streaming tools and platforms (e.g., Facebook Live, Instagram Live, YouTube Live) to conduct sessions.
• Coordinate with influencers and brand ambassadors to enhance live commerce efforts.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in live commerce and e-commerce.
• Manage technical aspects of live streaming, ensuring high-quality audio and video production.
