Responsibilities & Context
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and charismatic Live Presenter & Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for hosting live sessions on various platforms, engaging with our audience in real-time, and managing our social media presence. This role is perfect for someone who is comfortable in front of the camera, has a strong understanding of social media trends, and can effectively communicate and promote our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Live Presentations:
- Host and present live sessions on social media platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
- Engage with the audience in real-time, respond to comments, and create an interactive experience.
- Prepare scripts, talking points, and materials for live sessions in collaboration with the content team.
- Demonstrate products, discuss services, and highlight key features to generate interest and drive engagement.
Social Media Management:
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to align with business goals.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across all social media platforms.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and inquiries, and respond promptly.
- Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop content that resonates with our target audience.
Brand Representation:
- Act as the face of the brand in live sessions, maintaining a professional and positive image.
- Build and nurture relationships with the online community, influencers, and key stakeholders.
Content Creation:
- Assist in the creation of multimedia content, including videos, graphics, and other visual assets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve content quality and effectiveness.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a presenter, host, or in a similar role, with a strong on-camera presence.
- Experience in managing social media platforms and creating engaging content.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in both Bangla and English.
- Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics tools.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with video editing software and graphic design tools.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and trends in the Bangladeshi market.
- A proactive attitude with a passion for staying updated on social media trends.
