- Proven experience as a social media presenter, host, or similar role.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, live streaming, and content creation.
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Must be able to convince customer with the smartest ways.
- Assist customers with product price and quality related issues.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as part of a marketing team.
- Excellent multitasking and time management skills.
- Conceptualize, script, shoot, and produce high-quality video content for various platforms (e.g. YouTube, social media / Facebook, website, etc.) Present information in a clear, concise, and engaging manner in both live and recorded video.
- Excellent video production and sound skills with the ability to engage and educate viewers.
Additional Requirements
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong storytelling abilities with a knack for creating engaging narratives.
- Ability to adapt writing style to different tones and audiences.
- Experience with SEO and keyword research is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to take constructive criticism and work collaboratively.
- English medium students will be given preference.
- Should be able to work under pressure.
- Good Knowledge on both Bangla & English writing.
- Fluency on both English & Bangla Presentation.
- Expert on Bangla & English Typing.
