Requirements

Education

Diploma
Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Professional certifications in logistics, material handling, warehouse operations, or occupational safety will be considered an advantage.

Experience

2 to 3 years

Additional Requirements

Age 22 to 45 years
Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in warehouse operations, logistics, cargo handling, material handling, or loading and unloading operations.
Proficiency in spoken and written English is mandatory.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Good knowledge of warehouse operations, material handling procedures, and workplace safety practices.
Self-motivated, responsible, punctual, and committed to professional excellence.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to work in a multicultural and professional environment.

Position

Loading & Unloading Assessor

Job Responsibilities

Conduct practical and theoretical assessments for trainees in loading and unloading operations.
Verify trainees’ competency in manual material handling, cargo loading, unloading techniques, and safe work practices.
Observe trainee performance and provide constructive feedback to support skill development.
Evaluate trainees based on competency standards and prepare assessment reports.
Record assessment results and provide remarks and recommendations according to individual performance.
Ensure all assessments are conducted in accordance with workplace safety regulations and company standards.
Monitor the proper use of lifting equipment, tools, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
Maintain accurate records of trainee assessments and related documentation.
Coordinate with the training management team to ensure smooth execution of competency assessment activities.
Perform other duties assigned by management related to training and competency assessment.

Job Location: Kawla Bazar, Airport, Dhaka

Working Hours

9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Five (5) working days per week
Weekly Holidays: Friday & Saturday
