Requirements

Education

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting

• BBA/MBA in Supply Chain, Operational Management, Engineering, Finance, or Accounts.

Experience

• 2 to 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Consulting Firms, Manpower Recruitment

Additional Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in Supply Chain Management, Commercial, or Logistics operations.

Responsibilities & Context

Responsibilities:

• Researching various routing options and selecting the best for the company’s needs.
• Tracking orders from placement through preparing & collecting LC application, marine cover note, and CCI&E approval based on PI.
• Collecting import documents from supplier’s & forwarder’s end and providing necessary corrections.
• Handing over import documents & coordinating with C&F agent to ensure on-time delivery at the warehouse.
• Continuously following up & tracking shipments with the forwarder based on priority.
• Following up with the supplier & insurance company to claim short/damaged quantity received.
• Scheduling LC payment & customs duty payment.
• Preparing Goods In Transit schedule & coordinating with the sales team.
• Coordinating vendor payments with finance as per company policy.
