Additional Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, management, preferably in the textile or manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of logistics software and inventory systems.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.

Plan, implement, and monitor the company’s logistics strategy to ensure efficient and effective delivery of products.
Manage inbound and outbound logistics operations including shipping, warehousing, and inventory control.
Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and transport agencies to ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods.
Monitor logistics KPIs and prepare regular reports for senior management.
Ensure compliance with local, national, and international transport laws and regulations.
Optimize transportation costs and streamline warehouse operations.
Lead and train the logistics team to meet department goals and maintain high performance.
