Responsibilities & Context
Job Context: Looking for qualified & dynamic ‘Logistics Officer’ for an immediate appointment.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for supervising and maintaining company vehicles for smooth product delivery.
Monitor, manage, and track vehicles as per schedule & all paper up to date, manage the repairing of vehicles on time.
Supervise the products delivery to the distribution points by company vehicle on time.
To keep & maintain related files, document in a systematic manner for future reference and all reporting to management.
Supervising of all vehicle drivers and monitor as per management procedures.
Renting vehicles from other companies when needed and renting out our extra vehicles.
Make sure all transactions are posted in the soft format and register properly.
Carry out the responsibilities as assigned by the management in time to time.
Ability to define priorities.
To work independently with minimal supervision.
To assess moderately complex information from multiple sources and draw logical conclusions.
To carry out other tasks assigned by senior management.
To have a standard of vehicle repair knowledge as a logistics officer.
