Responsibilities & Context
- Monitor surveillance cameras and conduct security checks.
- Identify and prevent theft, fraud, and other security risks.
- Investigate incidents of internal and external theft.
- Lead and train loss prevention staff on security protocols.
- Conduct workshops on theft prevention, fraud detection, and safety procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company loss prevention policies.
- Document and report security incidents, thefts, and policy violations.
- Work with law enforcement when required.
- Conduct interviews and interrogations when necessary.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and legal regulations.
- Perform audits and risk assessments.
- Maintain records of security breaches and preventive measures.
- Develop and implement emergency response plans.
- Ensure fire and safety regulations are met.
- Assist in handling workplace violence or conflicts.
