Responsibilities & Context
- Operate manufacturing, assembly, testing, and production machinery as per SOP.
- Monitor machine performance and production parameters.
- Conduct routine inspections and perform basic troubleshooting.
- Identify and report equipment malfunctions and quality issues.
- Assist in machine setup, calibration, and line changeovers.
- Ensure product quality through established QC procedures.
- Maintain production logs, inspection reports, and documentation.
- Ensure efficient use of materials, tools, and consumables.
- Follow workplace safety and environmental compliance standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for operational excellence.
