Responsibilities & Context
- Operate and set Label and Wrapping Machines for various bottle sizes (250ml, 400ml, 500ml).
- Identify and troubleshoot machine problems to minimize downtime.
- Operate and monitor the Cooling Tunnel Machine to maintain optimal performance.
- Collect required Labels and LDPE films from the store daily as per approved requisition.
- Perform routine machine maintenance, cleaning, and lubrication tasks.
- Manually feed lubricants to conveyor points to ensure smooth operation.
- Assist in maintaining proper production records and machine log sheets.
- Follow all safety, hygiene, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team for preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Ensure continuous improvement in machine efficiency and product quality.
