Responsibilities & Context

• Ensure the safe and proper operation of machine.

• Recommended repairing the existing production facility when it is out of order.
• Effective cleaning of Machinery, equipment and utilities in plant and premises.
• Preventive maintenance activities of machinery and equipment.
• Monitoring and maintenance of all utilities such as HVAC/Air compressor/generator/Air blower/ETP etc.
• Plan and organize spare parts for factory maintenance.
• Conduct hazard analysis of machinery & ensure hazards are properly identified and under control.
• Other maintenance work assigned by superior.
