Requirements

Responsibilities & Context
Responsibilities:
- Establish and coordinate the preventive, regular maintenance and safety procedures, service schedule, and supply of materials required to maintain machines and equipment in the prescribed condition.
- Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting on substation equipment and generator work.
- Maintain accurate logs of inspections, maintenance, and repairs for substations, AC compressors and generators.
- Ensure reporting of his team in time and also to report all of his duties to his superior.
- Perform other duties as and when assigned by the Club Authority.
- Install, maintain, and repair all systems & electrical wiring.
- Inspect existing electrical systems & troubleshoot electrical issues.
- Assist with new electrical infrastructure projects and maintain electrical work records & communicate effectively.
- Plumbing & other maintenance, maintenance inventory record, internal audit and regular update.
