Responsibilities & Context
- Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of all utilities, including boilers, generators, air compressors, WTP, ETP, and electrical systems & Sweaters Jacquard Machine.
- Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs for Sweaters factory machinery.
- Minimize equipment downtime and improve machine reliability.
- Monitor utility consumption and control maintenance costs.
- Ensure RSC compliance with safety, environmental, and buyer requirements.
- Lead maintenance and utility teams and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
- Preparing drawing design and budget for expansion project.
- Maintain all machine, such as no production loss will be appear for machine fault. Maintain production machines and equipment.
- Maintain production machines and equipment.
- Ensure equipment and work floor is clean, safe and well-maintenance.
- Monitor and control processes using visual observation, process data and on line testing.
- Identify and debug problems in processes, products, equipment and work for solution.
- Perform tasks assigned to operations as per Master Task List.
- Provide training to technicians to Operator.
- Promote safe and healthy production environment and perform safe work practices always.
