Must have positive mindset up to work in any critical environment.
Willingness to work in shifts, on-call, and during emergencies or production shutdowns.
Experience with PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), automation systems, and industrial control systems is highly preferred.
Quick decision-making ability under pressure to minimize downtime.
Presentable & friendly.
The applicants should have experience in Poultry, Fisheries, Livestock, Dairy, Agro based factory operation & maintenance at least 5 years.

Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and facilities.
Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment failures and recommend corrective actions.
Oversee and execute repairs, adjustments, and upgrades of machinery and utilities.
Plan and manage maintenance schedules to minimize production disruptions.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to develop solutions for recurring issues.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and spare parts usage.
Supervise maintenance contractors and service providers as required.
Support installation and commissioning of new machines and equipment.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for machine reliability and performance.
Identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiency improvements, and energy conservation.
Train and support machine operators in basic maintenance activities.
