Strong knowledge of hotel engineering systems and equipment.
Hands-on experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general maintenance.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and team management abilities.
Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Preferred:
Certification in hospitality maintenance or relevant technical fields.
Knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS).
Experience in luxury or branded hotels.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day maintenance activities across hotel facilities.
Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff, including technicians and contractors.
Ensure proper functioning of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire safety, and other critical hotel systems.
Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance.
Quickly respond to guest complaints and maintenance issues.
Maintain records of maintenance schedules, repairs, and service logs.
Manage budgets for maintenance expenses and track inventory of tools and equipment.
Comply with hotel policies and safety regulations at all times.
Coordinate with housekeeping, front office, and F&B departments to minimize disruptions.
