Responsibilities & Context

Job Context:

Craftsman Footwear & Accessories Ltd. is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager for their Maintenance Section.

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and device solutions for repair or innovations.
• Research, develop, and install mechanical and electrical equipment, sensors, layouts, substations, control boards, and more.
• Oversee compressors, generators, pumps, fire and firefighting equipment, and all types of tool installations.
• Solve repair problems, maintain, and troubleshoot machineries, plumbing, and AC units.
• Conduct complaint investigations, regular checks, and maintain an inventory of maintenance items.
• Ensure compliance with rules, codes, testing, and maintain all necessary documents.Conduct experiments, evaluate, and innovate product designs, and create plans for spare parts.
• Estimate budgets and time scopes for projects.Update service and repair records, and run diagnostics tests on machines and equipment.
• Oversee elevators, CCTV, and cameras.Identify, formulate, and produce effective solutions to emerging problems.
• Maintain the Engineering store and workshop, and coordinate teamwork and communication.
• Monitor FIRE instruments, the FIRE PUMP, Water Preserver Tank, Smock Detector, and PA System.
• Ensure the machine list with Ideal Machine is maintained properly as per floor compliance policy.
• Maintain all AC, Electric Devices, and Electronics in the factory.
• Ensure all spare parts are countable and maintain proper documents.
• Be prepared for Internal & External Audits at all times
  • A. Proper maintenance of Automatic Pattern cutting machine, Auto Rivet Attaching Machine, Automatic laser cutting machine, Auto Stitching Machine, Automatic Dieless cutting Machine.
  • B. Periodical and breakdown maintenance of all lasting line machine, Electrical & Mechanical, Hydraulic & pneumatic in lasting department.
  • C. Periodical and breakdown maintenance of sewing machine.
  • D. Operation & Maintenance of electrical equipment of substation – 1&2.
  • E. General maintenance of 8 small generators (John Deere, Perkins, SDMO, Volvo) & 2 Ship generator (Daihatsu-1100KVA & 1500 KVA).
  • F. Proper Maintenance of air compressor And Dryer (Jucai 40HP & 50HP, Fiac 100HP & chiller).
  • G. Compliance related work. (Reference From Alliance)
  • H. Supervision of installation of fire protection and detection system as per approved drawing.
  • I. Proficient in AutoCAD (2D & 3D).
  • J. Communicate with seniors for taking important decision, reporting work update.
