RANCON FUTURE LEADERSHIP PROGRAM

RANCON is a major conglomerate in Bangladesh. RANCON develops and manufactures its brands alongside representing global brands. From a journey that began in 1979 with the right to distribute Mitsubishi vehicles in Bangladesh, the RANCON group has diversified from an automobile distributor to a multi-disciplines business enterprise.

The group has expanded its business to consumer electronics, real estate, deep-sea fishing and telecommunications. With over 35 SBUS, RANCON is working with 14 premium global brands and locally developed own brands.

Job Purpose:

• The RANCON Future Leadership Program is a two-year program that is specifically designed to nurture the high potential fresh graduates and expedite their professional development. It is intended to provide them with the necessary skills to succeed in a business environment that is becoming more competitive and diverse.
• We are currently in search of dynamic, self-motivated, and high-potential recent graduates to join us as Management Trainees as we continue to expand our business in Bangladesh.
