Education

• Bachelor of Science (BSc), Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Cost Accounting, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting

Experience

• 1 to 2 years

Responsibilities & Context

• Supervise the production and Evaluate work output.
• Ensure daily production target as per planning.
• Follow-up the priorities of production order for smooth production process.
• Update daily production report as per work order.
• Identify production related problem, low efficiency areas and wastage & suggest for necessary resolution.
• Assist in identifying efficiency & utilization of manpower and machine.
• Assist in finding individual capacity, capability, efficiency & analyze related reports & adding valuable feedback.
• Assist in analyzing daily work in progress (WIP) and comparing with planned efficiency.
• Work with other managers to plan and direct the Production process of the organization.
• Basic activities of Costing dept.
• Basic activities of HR & Admin dept.
• To ensure that the quality management system conforms to the requirements of International Standard.
• To ensure the promotion of customer focus throughout the organization.
• Any other job assigned by the Management.
