Requirements

Education

  • MSC in any Subject (Public University will be Preferred)/MBA
  • Any third class not allowed

  • Age 23 to 27 years
  • Pleasing personality, ability to deal with the customers with a positive attitude.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
  • Smart in situation handling.
  • Presentable, target oriented, good communicator, willing to develop career in garments industry and self-confident.
  • Excellent interpersonal skill.
  • Excellent communication skill both in English & Bengali.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Look after the compliance issues in line with Labor Law 2006 & Labor Rules 2015 and also other govt. regulation bodies as well. Implement Code of Conduct (COC) provided by the buyers. Carry out regular compliance audit & put up recommendation, follow-up for implementation and provide reports thereof.
  • Confirm the compliance and buyer audit issues to ensure the satisfaction of potential buyers.
  • Provide compliance training, Fire Drill training/Chemical training/PPE training, etc. to the concern employee as and when required for compliance issues.
  • Responsible for ensuring healthy workplace maintaining efficient operation of safety, hygiene and environment.
  • To implement corrective action plan (CAP) as per findings/observations/recommendation of concerned audit and submit the CAP to the management.
  • To scrutinize the different registers that are maintained in the factory, are as per Buyers COC as well as Labor Laws.
  • Regularly update stakeholders on changing regulations and compliance must ensure that factory is maintaining compliance issues at all times.
  • To ensure Fire, Health & Safety issues are in order.
  • To identify chemical related all issues and solve as per buyer requirement.
  • To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
  • Any other related job(s) as assign by the management time to time.

Compensation & Other Benefits

Starting Salary 22000/= then after completion of Six months of service if his/ her performance is found excellent, allowances will be TK.27,OO0/- and designation will be Executive. S/he will also be entitled to become regular employee.
