Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Management Trainee – Mechanical to join our team in Bogura. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to begin their career in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. As a Management Trainee, you will undergo a comprehensive training program that will provide you with the necessary skills and experience to take on leadership roles in the future.

• Work closely with the senior management team to learn the operational and technical aspects of the factory.
• Ensure the proper working of all mechanical systems of the plant.
• Assist in mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting across various production processes.
• Participate in performance analysis, optimization of production systems, and equipment efficiency.
• Support the implementation of mechanical engineering projects.
• Contribute to the improvement of machine productivity, cost reduction, and overall process improvements.
• Take part in regular training sessions to build managerial and technical skills.
• Assist with reporting, data collection, and other administrative tasks as required.
