Additional Requirements

Assist in monitoring production/quality/merchandising/planning performance depending on the assigned department.
Collect and analyze production or process data to identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal use.
Observe current work methods and contribute ideas for lean manufacturing, 5S, and productivity improvements.
Participate in efficiency and cost reduction projects.
Communicate effectively with line supervisors, operators, and cross-functional teams.
Follow up on tasks assigned by management and report on progress.o Learn about buyer compliance requirements internal audit protocols.
Assist in maintaining quality standards and implementing corrective actions.
Maintain proper documentation including reports, checklists, logs, and improvement records.
Assist in audit preparation and documentation updates.o Keep records of learnings, activities, and challenges throughout the training period.
Submit weekly/monthly progress reports to the HR and department head.
Develop technical, analytical, and soft skills (leadership, teamwork, communication).
Attend training programs, workshops, and internal development sessions.
Present a final training report or presentation to the management.
Get evaluated for potential placement into a permanent role in the appropriate department.
