Requirements
Education
- Master of Science (MSc), Bachelor of Science (BSc), Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Arts (MA)
- Grad & Post Grad: CGPA at least 3.00 out of 4.00 from any recognized university (UGC approved).
- SSC & HSC: Total CGPA of 9.00 with minimum one GPA 4.50
Experience
- At least 1 year
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile, Buying House, Washing Factory - Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities & Context
Snowtex Group – a reputed RMG company is currently recruiting some “Management Trainee Officer”
- MTO will work closely with management to gain a comprehensive understanding of SNOWTEX operations, business strategies, and culture.
- Collaborate with the management on day-to-day tasks, meetings, and strategic discussions to gain insights into leadership and decision-making processes.
- Assist in various projects and initiatives led by the HOD-this may involve research, data analysis, and presentation preparation.
- Participate in the development and implementation of strategic plans and initiatives, providing input and recommendations.
- Facilitate communication between the HOD and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective and timely information exchange.
- Help to identify challenges and opportunities within the organization and work on solutions under the guidance of the HOD.
- Any other work assigned by the Supervisor.
