Requirements
Education
4 years Graduation / Post Graduation with a minimum CGPA 3.00 out of 4.00 in any discipline from any reputed UGC approved University and CGPA 4.00 out of 5.00 in both SSC & HSC or equivalent results in ‘O’ and ‘A’ level.

Dedicated, self-motivated and career focused
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in computer literacy (MS Office Package) & sound analytical ability
Willing to work anywhere in the country

For the role of Management Trainee (MT), Bank Asia is looking for vibrant, motivated, proactive fresh graduate for its expanding program to take helm of the bank in its journey.
Placement Policy: Successful Management Trainee will remain on probation for a period of 1 (one) year. On satisfactory completion of probation period, Management Trainee will be confirmed as Senior Officer in the regular pay scale of the Bank.
