Responsibilities & Context
- Assist in Recruitment and Selection activities for worker level employment in the factory.
- Head Count and absent report Check.
- To build up smooth relationships with workers & floor staff.
- Find out the improvement areas in HR and admin-related activities on the floor and recommend possible solutions.
- Maintained HR database prepared & issued ID cards for workers.
- To assist with attendance reports, leave records, salary and OT sheets.
- To ensure workplace safety, cleaning & hygiene matters of the factory.
- Any other task assigned by the management.
