Additional Requirements
Minimum graduation (master’s is preferable, any discipline) from any reputed University. Applicants having a similar degree from a foreign university with high proficiency in English will be given preference. At least 5 years’ experience in microfinance operation or relevant field. A diligent, meticulous, agile and confident microfinance professional with a proven track record in microfinance operations. Strong analytical skills and ability to structure proposals and recommendations for key decision-making; coupled with ability to take a helicopter overview of situations. Self-starter, proactive, and decisive. Strong leadership and communication skills, and ability to thrive in multicultural and multidisciplinary environments. A team player who continuously improves self and the people around him/ her. Able to remain resilient under pressure while managing various tasks and responsibilities. International deployment as an expatriate employee carries relevant salary structure as per the respective entity. Excellent verbal/writing communication skills in English.

Job Highlights
MTO will be deployed in Field offices and the Head office of ASA Bangladesh for at least a year in order to learn the ASA Model of Microfinance and MTOs will then be deployed in different ASAI entities in Africa & Asia as mid-level managers.
