Responsibilities & Context
Learning and Development:
- Participate in training sessions to understand the company’s operations, policies, and procedures.
- Gain knowledge about the air-travel and visa services offered by the agency.
Department Rotation:
- Rotate through various departments such as sales, customer service, operations, and marketing to gain a comprehensive understanding of the business.
- Assist in different departmental tasks to learn the specifics of each function.
Project Management:
- Work on assigned projects to develop problem-solving and project management skills.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project goals are met within deadlines.
Customer Interaction:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate travel and visa solutions.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues under the supervision of senior staff.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Collect and analyze data to support business decisions.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management review.
Process Improvement:
- Identify areas for improvement in current processes and suggest enhancements.
- Implement approved changes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Administrative Support:
- Assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and managing correspondence.
