Job Context:
International Trimming & Labels (ITL) Group is a UK based Multinational company and manufacturer of garments accessory. ITL Group has global operations in 16 countries over 35 years of experience. International Trimming & Labels Bangladesh Private Limited (ITL-BD) is a sister concern of ITL group. And it is operating in Bangladesh since 2015. It is manufacturer and exporter of garments Tags, care labels etc.
ITL-BD is seeking young, talented and aspiring candidate who is a team player and multitasker and would like to join our team and meaningfully contribute to accelerate business development and reach the organization’s goal.
Job Description / Responsibility :
- MTO will work closely with management to gain a comprehensive understanding of ITL Bangladesh operations, business strategies, and culture.
- Collaborate with the management on day-to-day tasks, meetings, and strategic discussions to gain insights into leadership and decision-making processes.
- Assist in various projects and initiatives led by the MD/ HOD-this may involve research, data analysis, and presentation preparation.
- Participate in the development and implementation of strategic plans and initiatives, providing input and recommendations.
- Facilitate communication between the MD/ HOD and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective and timely information exchange.
- Help to identify challenges and opportunities within the organization and work on solutions under the guidance of the MD/ HOD.
- Any other work assigned by the Supervisor.
