Capable of operating Outlook, Microsoft Office, e-communication and internet browsing.

To ensure a strong presence, visibility & dominance of company products.
Enhancing showroom operational activities, and customer convincing skill development of sales executives.
Performing showroom-level support functions including customer service scheduling day-to-day operations, cashiering, loss prevention, maintenance and back-office support.
Achieve the monthly/quarterly/annual sales target of the region.
Developing the showroom operations that cover increasing cost-effective sales and minimizing expenses.
The showroom manager responsible for the profitability of the plaza (St.).
To prepare own sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly.
Create sub-dealers for plaza (St.) to increase the sales volume.
To operate customized software for maintaining plaza (St.) operation.
Maintaining all documents & records correctly and daily.
Manage crisis Situations.
Optimizing workforce for service excellence.
