Responsibilities & Context
- Employee Management: Supervise and motivate showroom staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Showroom Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of the showroom to create an inviting and pleasant shopping experience for customers.
- Inventory Control: Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, restocking, and conducting regular inventory checks to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
- Sales Software Operation: Proficiently operate our sales software system to process transactions, manage customer information, and generate reports.
- Customer Service: Lead by example in providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Visual Merchandising: Collaborate with the merchandising team to create attractive displays and effectively showcase our garments to drive sales.
- Budget Management: Assist in budget planning and control expenses to optimize profitability.
