Responsibilities & Context

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of Scholars University Admission Coaching and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.

• Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the coaching staff, ensuring they meet performance goals and maintain high teaching standards.
• Strategize and execute plans to increase student enrollment and retention rates.
• Maintain strong communication with students and parents to address their concerns and provide solutions.
• Plan and organize events, such as workshops, orientations, and cultural programs, to foster a positive learning environment.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the coaching center’s achievements and offerings.
• Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and ensure cost-effective operations.
• Ensure compliance with all educational and operational regulations set by relevant authorities.
• Prepare regular reports on center performance, staff achievements, and student success metrics for senior management.
