Responsibilities & Context

• Deal with Visa related inquiries from clients.
• Communicate with clients to provide visa counselingTicket booking / GDS skills will be a special advantage.
• Respond to client queries via online & offline channels Create a travel itinerary with flights, hotels & other travel services.
• Keep sales records & report sales information monthly.
• Manage all online & offline channels of communication-related to sales.
• Keep up to date with visa rules of different countries.
• Extra plus point for applicants with tour package/air ticket booking experience
• Other related tasks assigned by the admin
