Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS)

    from any recognized medical college/university (registered under BMDC).

  • Medical Educational Background preferred.

Experience

  • Proficiency in Bengali and English (both spoken and written) is essential.

  • Familiarity with digital health record systems and diagnostic software
  • Willingness to travel to branches as necessary
  • Candidate experienced in Diagnostic, Hospital, or Healthcare Industry will be considered.
  • Capable in team handling.

Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking an experienced and disciplined Medical Manager with a strong background in clinical operations and healthcare administration. The selected individual will oversee the smooth functioning, compliance, quality control, and team coordination of our medical centers under ARM group. This role requires strategic oversight, operational leadership, and regulatory adherence across all medical facilities.

Group-Wide Medical Center Oversight
:

  • Supervise daily operations of all medical centers.
  • Ensure consistency in service quality, hygiene, and patient care across centers.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all medical activities.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of all 6 medical centers to ensure smooth, efficient workflow
  • Implement and monitor standardized operational protocols across all branches
  • Ensure timely execution of all foreign medical check-up processes as per GAMCA or other regulatory standards

Staff Supervision & HR Coordination:

  • Manage and guide medical staff including doctors, nurses, lab technicians, and support teams.
  • Coordinate recruitment, duty rosters, leave management, and performance evaluation.
  • Provide on-site training and skill development programs for medical personnel.

Quality Assurance & Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with DGHS, BMDC, and other health authority regulations.
  • Monitor maintenance of medical records, prescriptions, test reports, and licenses.
  • Ensure all medical centers meet regulatory standards, hygiene, and waste disposal protocols.

Staff Management:

  • Supervise doctors, nurses, lab technicians, receptionists, and support staff
  • Manage staff schedules, evaluate performance, and organize training to maintain service quality
  • Foster a professional, ethical, and disciplined working environment

Patient Service & Compliance:

  • Ensure exceptional patient care and counseling
  • Handle inquiries, complaints, and take initiative on service improvements
  • Monitor all processes to ensure full compliance with foreign medical testing protocols and local health regulations

Financial & Administrative Management:

  • Oversee financial operations including budgeting, petty cash, expense control, and reporting
  • Maintain proper medical, operational, and billing records
  • Ensure efficient inventory and asset management for all centers

External Coordination & Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with foreign embassies, corporate clients, and health authorities
  • Ensure compliance and good standing with GAMCA, BMET, and other regulatory bodies
  • Facilitate timely reporting and audit readiness

Strategy & Growth:

  • Implement strategic initiatives to improve operational efficiency and patient throughput
  • Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and expand business growth
  • Provide regular reports and strategic insights to the Managing Director and Executive Management

Emergency Preparedness:

  • Ensure all centers have updated emergency protocols, first-aid readiness, and safety compliance
  • Coordinate periodic fire drills, first aid training, and disaster preparedness plans
