Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounts and Audit department including:

Providing leadership, direction and advice to top management regarding Audit and accounting requirements of concerned Business Unit of the company.
Monthly, quarterly, half – yearly and yearly report with proper process
Accounts Payable/Receivable
General Ledger
Overseeing daily business operations.
Developing and implementing growth strategies.
Creating and managing budgets.
Policy applies to grow revenue.
Evaluating performance and productivity of the relevant departments.
Analyzing accounting data.
Researching and identifying growth opportunities.
Generating reports and giving presentations to managing director.
Treasury, Budgeting
Cash Forecasting
Revenue and Expenditure Variance analysis
Capital Assets Reconciliations
Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce Audit reports.
Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
Coordinate and complete annual audits and Provide recommendations
Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
