Responsibilities & Context

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Manager, Accounts & Costing to lead our costing and financial reporting functions. The ideal candidate must come from a textile or fabric manufacturing background with hands-on experience in the detailed costing of spinning, weaving, dyeing, and printing processes within an integrated plant setup. The role requires a strategic thinker who can provide accurate product costing, control operational costs, and support financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed costing systems for spinning, weaving, dyeing, printing, and finishing operations.
• Conduct cost analysis for raw materials, labor, utilities, and overheads across all textile production units.
• Calculate accurate per-unit production costs for yarns, greige fabrics, dyed and printed fabrics.
• Monitor, analyze, and report variances between standard and actual production costs.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual costing reports with insights for management decisions.
• Lead cost control initiatives to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
• Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and financial planning for production departments.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies.
• Liaise closely with Production, Procurement, and Sales teams to align costing data with operational and commercial activities.
• Support audits and provide documentation as required.
