Requirements

Education

• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

• Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
• CA (CC) is encouraged to Apply
• MBA.

Experience

• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  IT Enabled Service

Additional Requirements

• Age 35 to 50 years

• Must have at least 10 years of practical experience.
• Good knowledge in computer especially in ERP, MS Office, Internet etc.
• Strong analytical and communication ability.
• Experience in accounts preparation;
• Ability to speak English fluently and should have good report writing skill.

Responsibilities & Context

• Ability to prepare special audit reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and data;
• Applicants have to work willingly, enthusiastically and be self-motivated.
• Lead the Accounts & Finance department, ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Oversee day-to-day financial transactions, including AP/AR, GL entries, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and forecasts.
• Manage budgeting, cash flow planning, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Supervise tax planning, VAT returns, and liaise with regulatory authorities and external auditors.
• Monitor internal control systems and suggest improvements for financial efficiency and risk management.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to top management.
• Ensure timely closing of books and financial audits.
• Attend audit exit meetings and AGMs of various entities;
