CACC /CMA Partial qualified/ ACCA/ CIMA/completion.

Responsibilities & Context

The Manager – Accounts & Finance is responsible for managing all aspects of accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis. This role ensures compliance with financial regulations and accuracy in financial reporting while providing strategic recommendations to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger etc.
  • Manage cash flow and forecasting to ensure the organisation maintains financial stability and liquidity.
  • Ensure payroll ledgers and salary allocations comply with HR policies, including provisions for provident fund and gratuity statements.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with relevant standards.
  • Manage VAT and taxation processes, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop, monitor, and manage forecasts and the annual budget, providing explanations and recommendations as necessary.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and analysis for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Liaise with external auditors to facilitate the annual audit process efficiently.
  • Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard organisational assets and ensure financial accuracy.
  • Support business initiatives through detailed financial analysis and risk assessment.
  • Also have experience about construction office account.
  • Perform any other related duties as directed by management.
