• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CA/CPA/MBA preferred).

Experience

• At least 7 years

Additional Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities & Context

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, strategic, and experienced Accounts Manager to oversee and manage our Company’s accounting operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the accuracy of financial records, maintain internal controls, lead the accounting team, and support financial planning and decision-making across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliations, and tax compliance.
• Supervise and mentor a team of accountants and junior finance staff.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Ensure timely and accurate closing of books and financial reporting.
• Implement and maintain effective internal controls and accounting policies.
• Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations including GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.
• Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to management.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and automation of finance functions.
