Responsibilities & Context

• Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of transportation operations, ensuring timely and efficient movement of the vehicles.
• Complete all Admin Related Work, House Keeping Production Floor, Cleaner Team &Cleaner Supervision.
• Provide all kind of administrative and logistic support to Compliance team to maintain smooth functioning of Medical center through proper medical support to all required employees.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to prepare for buyer visits or audits, ensuring all documentation, facilities and compliance measures are in place.
• Handle Security Team with Roster & Schedules As per Buyer Mood.
• Manage and monitor the flow of work volume and maintain strong relationship with concern department to optimize logistics performance.
• Implement use of Log Book, ensure transparent fuel management, prepare and share fuel consumption and vehicle management report.
• Plan, organize and control vehicle movement to ensure effective, efficient and safe movement.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members, provide training, guidance and build capacities of staff’s to improve logistics operations and best practices.
• Coordinate workload distribution among logistics staff, ensuring adequate staffing during peak periods.
• Assist in the preparation of the transport and logistics budget, ensuring that costs are kept within foretasted limits.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant national laws, regulations, and safety standards.
• Identify opportunities for improving transportation and logistics processes and implement best practices.
• Manage day to day supervision of logistics team, functions, gap analysis, improvement measures, performance evaluation, capacity building as per rules and procedures.
• Ensure proper maintenance of vehicle in time.
• Any other responsibilities assigned by the Management.·        Make sure driver is oriented with a safe driving rules and procedures.
• Shipment Schedule Monitoring & Manage smoothly Transport from vendor.
