Additional Requirements

• Age 35 to 45 years

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in relevant field out of which at least five years’ experience in senior position (not below than Deputy Manager) in any Govt. /Autonomous or any reputed organization. Candidates having working experience in hospital/clinic may be preferred.
• Training in related subjects, Bangladesh Labour Law may be preferred.
• Computer literacy particularly in MS Word, Excel, Power Point.

Responsibilities & Context

Job SUMMARY:

• The incumbent will be responsible for the administrative services of Ibrahim Cardiac Hospital & Research Institute as Head of Administration.
• The Manager, Admin is directly responsible to the Chief Executive Officer and will work closely with all Head of the departments and also other management and staff in carrying out the administrative support operations of Ibrahim Cardiac.
• He/She will be responsible for the administrative services of Ibrahim Cardiac Hospital & Research Institute including: General Administration, Ambulance Services, Event Management, Corporate Client Dealings, Legal Issues, Safety & Security, Cleaning Services, Laundry Services, Kitchen & Cafeteria and any other jobs as assigned by Chief Executive Officer or superior authority.
