Requirements

Education

Master’s degree in business administration, Public Administration, Supply Chain Management, Hospital Administration, Logistics Management or a related field.
Professional certification in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Hospital Administration is desirable.

Experience

7 to 10 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO, Development Agency

Additional Requirements

Minimum 7–10 years of progressively responsible experience in administration, logistics, or hospital operations.

At least 5 years in a managerial role within a hospital, humanitarian, or development setting.

Experience managing health facility logistics and administration, preferably in emergency or humanitarian contexts.

Demonstrated experience working with implementing partners, NGOs, and local government stakeholders.

Proven experience in procurement coordination, asset management, and MCH facility operations.

The Opportunity: The Manager– Administration & Logistics is responsible for the overall leadership, coordination, and management of administration, General logistics for facilities, and support services for the 67-bed SCI Maternal & Child Health (MCH) Hospital. The position ensures uninterrupted hospital operations through efficient management of all assets, procurement coordination, fleet, General warehouse, utilities, facility maintenance, WASH, IPC, waste management, security, and partner support while ensuring compliance with Save the Children International, donor and humanitarian standards.
The role also leads to coordination with implementing partners, government authorities, other camp level agencies, contractors, and community stakeholders to ensure smooth hospital operations and high-quality patient care.
Contract Type: Contractual till 31st May 2027
