Responsibilities & Context

• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract, hire, and retain top-tier talent.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid- to senior-level roles, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and workforce needs.
• Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives and support organizational growth.
• Oversee the PMS to drive employee productivity, engagement, and development.
• Prepare and present analytical HR reports and performance insights to senior leadership for informed, data-driven decisions.
• Conduct salary benchmarking and optimize compensation structures to maintain market competitiveness and internal equity.
• Address employee concerns proactively, mediate workplace conflicts, and manage grievance resolution fairly and effectively.
• Ensure daily HR operations, providing end-to-end HR support to both corporate and factory teams.
