Responsibilities & Context

• Work Order Collection: Identify and approach buyers, suppliers, buying houses, and agents to collect work orders for embroidery and garment printing services.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to generate repeat business and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Costing and Pricing: Prepare accurate cost estimates and pricing for embroidery and garment printing services, ensuring profitability while remaining competitive.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, utilizing this information to develop effective sales strategies.
• Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet company targets and ensure sustained growth in both local and international markets.
• Negotiation and Deal Closure: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, finalize work orders, and ensure timely execution of projects.
• Reporting: Regularly report on sales performance, market conditions, and any issues affecting sales or customer satisfaction.
• Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the production and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards for all orders.
• Brand Promotion: Promote company services through marketing campaigns, attending industry events, and participating in trade shows or exhibitions.
• Customer Feedback: Collect and address feedback from customers to continuously improve service offerings.
• Industry Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of embroidery and printing techniques, staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
