The Ideal candidate should be a proven leader and a team manager with excellent written and oral communication, planning and time management skills.

The candidate will assume overall responsibility for a team of business development and Sales & Marketing operations for business growth.
The key responsibilities will be managing existing and Business Development (Sales), Customer Service, Relationship Management.
Monitoring competitive environment, identifying key market and business information and planning for next course of actions.
Willing to work in Direct Sales, Corporate Sales.
Negotiating prices and payment plans, and then closing sales.
Conduct sales meetings with clients.
Develop and maintain business relationships.
Ensuring that test models are set up and in outstanding condition.
Maintain current knowledge of inventory and sales trends.
Training staff in effective sales and communication strategies.
Supervising the use of test models to prevent damage.
Maintain showroom appearance, including organization, cleanliness, and cleanliness.
Any other task assign by management.
