Additional Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in asset management, equipment rentals, or operations within the apparel or manufacturing industry.
Strong understanding of asset utilization, inventory management, cost control, and auditing processes.
Excellent leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software applications.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with a focus on operational efficiency.
Experience in machine audits, procurement, and vendor management is highly desirable.
Fluency in English is essential.

Assessing and calculating the required number of rental sewing machines based on production forecasts and needs.
Managing the ordering and delivery of rented machines to ensure operational streamlining.
Overseeing the return process for unused or excess rental machines, ensuring optimal asset utilization.
Conducting regular audits of sewing machines to track usage, condition, and idle machines.
Managing the invoicing and payment processes for rented machines, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
Strictly managing the rental budget to ensure alignment with financial goals and minimizing cost overruns.
Streamlining and improving the end-to-end rental process to enhance asset utilization and identify opportunities for cost savings.
Collaborating with production teams to ensure that machine requirements are aligned with production goals.
Leading a team to execute and optimize rental operations, focusing on asset management and operational efficiency.
Evaluating the financial aspects of renting versus buying machines and providing recommendations for CAPEX investments.
