  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Land Acquisition, Land and Legal, Land Measurement , Land Procurement, Land Joint Venture , survey land and Business Development .
  • Must have sufficient knowledge on land acquisition & Business Development (Joint Venture)
  • Proper understanding on Financial Assessment (FA) on Joint Venture land Acquisition.
  • Good knowledge about land measurement, land mutation, land registration, land ownership.
  • To understand all land-related documents, (C S , S A , R S, City Jorip, Deed, Via Deed, Porcha, Warish Sonod, Wakalotnama, Dag, Khatian etc.).
  • To understand bilateral Deed of Agreement, Power of Attorney, Sale deed, Sub-Kabla deed, various legal letters/reply against letter/affidavit/agreement/contract/deed etc. in Bengali & English.
  • Liaison with the concerned offices in requirement to the Map/Record/Layout etc.
  • Liaison with various govt. and non govt. organization such as DC office, RJSC, DPDT, RAJUK, REHAB, BIDA, NBR, Environment, AC (Land) office, Tahshil office, Sub-Registry office, RAJUK, REHAB, Ministry of Housing & Public Works, National Housing Authority etc.
  • Negotiate with landowners regarding the Deed of Agreement (DOA), Power of Attorney (POA), etc.
  • Coordinate with architect and logistics department for necessary requirements of land acquisition

Responsibilities & Context

  • Design Property Acquisition Plan and review it periodically.
  • Execute the property acquisition strategy to ensure realizing the organization’s vision.
  • Formulate periodical targets and optimize accordingly.
  • Hitting monthly/quarterly targets, building relationships and understanding property owner’s / seller’s trends.
  • Develop and manage property acquisition budget.
  • Conduct property acquisition related campaigns and activation programs.
  • Closely work with associated departments (i.e., Sales, Marketing, Legal etc.)
  • Identify potential market/property seller / owner along with new property acquisition opportunity.
  • Leading property acquisition team to obtain assigned targets.
  • Establish guidelines to develop effective property acquisition strategy and ensure extraordinary client/property seller experience.
  • Create and manage databases and align with the organizational system.
  • Maintain relationships with Landowners / property sellers.
  • Monitor existing competitor’s activities and compete accordingly.
  • Conduct research and data-driven analytical analysis for property acquisition planning.
  • Encourage openness and trust both internally and externally for self & team motivation and team spirit.
  • Be persuasive and charismatic and work comfortably and effortlessly for adapting to business growth fluctuations.
  • Develop a collaborative relation among the team members to boost up the morale and team spirit.
  • Periodical Report Generation and Presentation.
  • Any other task assigned by Supervisor/Management related to the role.
