Job Summary:

We are seeking some dynamic and driven Business Development Managers/ Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new product development, sourcing, and strategic planning for electronics and home appliances. This role requires a keen understanding of market trends, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to foster relationships with key stakeholders to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Product Development: Lead initiatives to develop and introduce new electronics products, ensuring alignment with market demand and company strategy.
  • New Product Sourcing: Identify and source new products, negotiating with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
  • New Business Development: Drive new business opportunities related to electronics and home appliances, expanding the company’s product portfolio.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for introducing new electronics products to the market.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify high-demand electronics products and integrate them into the company’s product line.
  • Product Line Development: Continuously improve and expand the existing product lines based on market trends and consumer needs.
  • Competitor Analysis: Perform detailed competitor analysis to stay ahead in the market and source products more effectively and cost-efficiently.
  • Partnership and Alliance Building: Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with local and international suppliers and manufacturers.
  • Sales Strategy and Implementation: Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and achieve sales targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, incorporating their feedback to enhance product offerings.
  • Brand Management and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective branding and promotional campaigns.
  • Financial Management and Budgeting: Prepare and manage budgets for product development and sourcing activities, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all products comply with local and international regulations and standards.
  • Training and Development: Train sales teams and dealers on new products, fostering a knowledgeable and effective sales force.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks in new product introductions and sourcing activities, developing strategies to mitigate these risks.
  • Technology Integration: Integrate new technologies into existing product lines to enhance functionality and the user experience.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage cross-functional projects related to new product launches and business development, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion.
  • Performance Metrics and Reporting: Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly report on progress and performance against targets.
  • Any other tasks assigned by the management.
