Experience Requirements:

Minimum 4 years’ experience as Managerial role in the area of IT Development, Corporate Marketing, Corporate Sales and Marketing, Customer Support/Client Service, Market Research/Advertising & Promotion, Brand Planning.
Proven working experience as a business development executive, sales executive or relevant role. Tech marketing experience will be pluse.
Strong communication skills with sound IT knowledge.
Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
Must have good presentation experience in English.
Must know how to use latest tools to make presentations.
Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.

Genuity is looking for an experienced Manager and Assistant Manager, Business Development to market its products, especially the gPlex Contact Center solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct a growth strategy focused both on financial and customer satisfaction. Planning, presenting and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
Promote the company’s products/ services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
Developing quotes and proposals for clients. Prepare sales contacts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
Keep records of sales, revenue and invoices, etc. Provide trustworthy feedback and after- sales support.
Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
