The company is now looking for a strong, enthusiastic professional for this position. Join our team as a Manager/Assistant Manager – Marketing & Branding.

Brand Development, Collaboration and Reporting

  • Define and maintain the brand’s positioning, identity, and voice across all marketing channels and touch points.
  • Build and cultivate strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support marketing initiatives, negotiate contracts, and manage budgets effectively.
  • Prepare regular reporting based on market research, planning, execution and brand collaboration.

Strategic Planning

  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify opportunities for brand growth and differentiation.
  • Develop marketing plan based on that to enhance customer experience and brand equity taking into account market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape.


  • Plan and create campaign/program/promotion, prepare budget and communicate with the management to go for execution.
  • Implement the campaign/program/promotion according to the approved plan and modify the plan if needed discussing with the management.

Digital Marketing

  • Lead the digital marketing strategy, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and influencer partnerships.
  • Stay updated of emerging digital trends and technologies, recommending innovative approaches to enhance our online presence and customer experience.
