  • Especially in IT Recruitment. Preferable worked in IT Firm/Company

  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems

  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Experience in managing social media recruitment campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
