Professional Certification: CFA aspirants are encouraged to apply
Three years of working experience in equity research, treasury department or a similar role in the financial sector
Foundational knowledge of capital market products, macroeconomics, advisory services, trade settlement and financial sector operational functions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in customer centricity, self-propelled, and capable of meeting deadlines

BRAC Bank seeks an ambitious, intelligent, purpose-driven, and enthusiastic individual for the following position in its Treasury & FIs Division:
Grade: SO – SPO

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintain and update macroeconomic database, financial models and other relevant database
Support in macroeconomic and investment research to generate investment ideas
Support in portfolio construction and management
Monitor daily transactions, positions, and exposures
Support internal stakeholders with wealth management client onboarding, KYC verification, and compliance checks
Schedule and attend client meetings in a supporting, and or learning role
Adhere to bank policies, laws, and obligations, ensuring ethical, transparent, and compliant business practices. Assess risks to the bank’s reputation and implement corrective measures as needed
